Safety and account access
A direct top-up applies a plan to your own ChatGPT account. Free AI does not need your password, a one-time login code or access to your inbox. If anyone asks for those details, do not send them.
You keep the login and recovery options. That means the seller cannot take the account back later, and your existing chats and settings stay in place.
Plans and delivery
Free AI supports ChatGPT Go, Plus, Business seat, Pro 5x and Pro 20x. Each product is a one-month top-up. Automatic products usually finish in 1 to 3 minutes; manual products usually finish within 5 to 30 minutes.
The product card shows the current price, stock and delivery window. The order page shows the live status after payment. If the order is waiting for stock, it is delivered in payment order when stock returns.
Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe and support major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices are in USD. Your bank may add a currency conversion or foreign transaction fee.
If a top-up cannot be completed, the order is refunded in full the same day. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and the time to appear depends on your bank.
Orders, receipts and changes
Every order has an order number. Use it with the purchase email on the query page to open the order status. Keep both until the plan is active.
For a company receipt, a bulk order or a change to the delivery email, contact support before the order is fulfilled. Do not create a second order while the first one is being reviewed.
Frequently asked questions
Does Free AI need my ChatGPT password?
No. Never send your password or a one-time login code. The top-up is applied to your own account without a login handover.
How long does delivery take?
Automatic products usually take 1 to 3 minutes. Manual products usually take 5 to 30 minutes, depending on stock and workspace approval.
What happens if the top-up fails?
The order is refunded in full the same day. Keep the order number and purchase email so support can locate the payment.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Email support@freeai.lat with the order number and the billing details you need.
Are these plans recurring subscriptions?
No. Each product is a one-month top-up. There is no automatic renewal from Free AI.
