How delivery works
- Choose a plan. Pick ChatGPT Go, Plus, Business, Pro 5x or Pro 20x from the live price list.
- Pay securely. Check out by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Stripe processes the payment in USD.
- Get topped up. The plan is applied to your own ChatGPT account. Automatic orders usually finish in minutes.
- Confirm the plan. Log into the same ChatGPT account and check that the new plan is active.
What we never ask for
We never ask for your ChatGPT password, a one-time login code or access to your email inbox. The direct top-up is applied to your own account, so the account always stays under your control.
- Free AI is not OpenAI and this is not the official ChatGPT website.
- We do not promise a specific success rate, account eligibility or third-party account compatibility.
- Prices, stock, sale status and delivery method are dynamic and always shown on the live product cards.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and all prices are listed in USD. Your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fee.
If a top-up cannot be completed, the order is refunded in full the same day. Refunds go back to the original payment method. If an order is waiting for stock or manual review, the order page shows the current state.
Support and records
Every order has an order number and an email receipt. Use the order number with the purchase email on the query page to open the status. For a company invoice, a bulk order or a delivery change, email support@freeai.lat before the order is fulfilled.
Do not create a second order while support is reviewing the first one. A duplicate order can create a duplicate charge and make delivery harder to sequence.
